Do you offer private suites or open stations?
Lavish offers private suites allowing stylists and technicians to choose the setup that best fits their business and clientele.
Can I access my suite outside regular business hours?
Absolutely. Tenants enjoy 24-hour access, giving you the flexibility to work on your schedule.
Do I need to make a reservation?
We welcome walk-ins but we recommend pre-booking appointments in order to secure your preferred date and time. Some of our technicians, as specified in the directory, book their own client appointments so it is necessary to contact them directly in order to make an appointment. For all other technicians, please call during our front desk hours and we will be happy to book your appointment.
Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to assure ample time for all your services. Late arrivals will deprive you of valuable treatment time and as courtesy to the next guest, your treatment/service will end at the time originally scheduled.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the high demand for our stylists’ time and talents, we respectfully request that all date changes or cancellations be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
